Auction Conditions – Buyers

AUCTION CONDITIONS – BUYERS:

1. The highest accepted bidder shall be the purchaser.
2. The Auctioneer has the right to regulate the bidding and may withdraw any lot before or during the auction.
3. All items are sold voetstoots and the history of the vehicle may be disclosed, if provided by the Seller. Lots once knocked down remain at the risk of the purchaser.
4. No goods may be removed until paid for in full and proof provided.
5. Refundable Registration Deposit: N$ 2,000-00
6. Terms: Cash and EFT payments only. No card facilities available.
7. All sales are final.
8. V.A.T. may apply on certain goods / vehicles sold, if noted..
9. All lots are sold “subject to confirmation”, the terms and conditions above will still apply.
