The said Property was inspected on the 12th of March 2023 together with members of the Rundu Town Council. Auction Dynamix was introduced to the Property, given a brief overview of the past and present operations and approximate pegs demarking the approximate extent of the Property was given by the Town Council representatives.

Positives relating to the Property:

  1. Service Stations are generally regarded in demand
  2. The Property has a Trading License in place
  3. The Property is situated in a relatively good location

Concerns relating to the Property:

  1. The Property has been unoccupied and non-operational for a reasonable amount of time and can thus not be sold a Going-Concern.
  2. It is prevalent that the initial construction of the Property was not up to Industry Standards and subsequent renovations are in doubt. The Property not only needs further renovations, but also further expansion.
  3. Part & Partial construction of the COC is not allocated within the boundaries of the Property.
  4. The Property is currently encroached by squatters and unknown residents. We ate awaiting confirmation from Town Council, confirming the removal of these residents.

Auction Registration Pre-Requisites:

A N$ 100,000-00 (One Hundred Thousand Namibia Dollars) Registration Deposit payable into the Trust Account of Auction Dynamix CC, Bank Windhoek – Capricorn Branch (Code 486372), Account 8031779471. The Registration Deposit will form part of the 10% Buyer’s Deposit (as indicated below) should you be the successful Bidder, alternatively it will be refunded.
