VERY STRICT REGISTRATION & AUCTION
CONDITIONS, SITE SECURITY MEASURES AND DRESS CODE
REQUIREMENTS WILL APPLY.
REGISTRATION & AUCTION CONDITIONS:
1. A refundable Registration Deposit of N$10,000-00 (Ten Thousand Namibia Dollars)
is payable by means of EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), to the following account:
Auction Dynamix Trust, Bank Windhoek – Capricorn Branch (Code: 486372),
Account: 8003762071. Auction Registrations will close at close of business on
Tuesday 25 November 2025 – No late registrations will be entertained.
2. Once the highest Bid on any specific Lot (Item) is accepted and confirmed, it will
become the Bidding Price and the relevant Bidder shall be regarded as the Purchaser.
3. The Auctioneers have the right to regulate the Bidding and may withdraw any Lot prior
to, or during the Auction. Should any dispute arise (during the Auction) on Lots or
Bids knocked down, the Auctioneers will have the right to withdraw any Lot and/or
re-Auction that Lot.
4. All goods are sold “voetstoots” / “as-is” (in the current, physical, cosmetic and visible
condition) on the day of the Auction.
5. All goods are sold “subject to confirmation” by the Seller, and if sold, all conditions
will apply.
6. Lots knocked down will become and remain at the risk of the Purchaser. All relevant
and current Security measures will remain, but without any consequence, risk, or
responsibility to the Auctioneers or Seller.
7. No goods may be removed until paid for in full, and proof of payment provided to the
Auctioneer and prior arrangement of collection arranged with the Auctioneers or
Seller.
8. All Bidders / Visitors will at all times adhere to the minimum requirements in terms of
Site Security Measures and Dress Code & Facility Guidelines.
9. All Payments in terms of Deposits, Invoice Totals and Invoice Balances will be by
means of EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) only. No card/cash facilities will be
available.
10. All sales are final and payment should be effected by not later than close of business
on 1 December 2025.
11. 15% (Fifteen Percent) Value Added Tax will apply on all Goods/Items/Lots presented
on Auction and sold.
SITE SECURITY MEASURES (VIEWING AND ACTUAL AUCTION):
1. All potential Bidders and Visitors (participants, colleagues, advisors and
accompanying specialists) to the Auction Viewing (on Wednesday, 27 November
2025) and/or Actual Auction (on 28 November 2025) must register by close of
business on 25 November 2025. All registrations (per individual) should be sent to
Dederick Jankowitz by email to dj@sternlink.com.na / 0811289090 or Luton Koorts
at auctiondynamixshop@gmail.com / 0813330212 and include an electronic copy of
the Identity Document of each person to visit the site, irrespective of the intended visit
date of Viewing or Auction.
2. All visitors will be required (upon entry) to provide fingerprint verification and perform
a Safety Induction Course before entering the on-site premises.
3. PLEASE NOTE: A ZERO-tolerance on Alcohol and Drugs is maintained.
Testing will be performed upon arrival and if any alcohol is detected, you will not
be allowed to enter the premises.
4. Upon the Actual Auction Day (28 November 2025), access to the Auction site will be
provided in intervals of 30 minutes from 07:30 to 10:00 (followed by a quick Induction
stage and transportation time of 30 minutes). In other words, if you wish to be on the
Auction site at 09:00, please make sure that you enter at 08:30. Transportation will be
arranged as no private vehicles are allowed on-site. Please make sure that you
“reserve-park” in the parking lot allocated outside the premises upon arrival.
5. Transportation will also be available should you conclude your purchases and wish to
leave the premises in 30-minute intervals. Please be advised that you will be subjected
to a metal detector search prior to exiting the premises.
6. No photography or recording of any nature, scenery, mining operations, material,
tools, equipment and any items (except for Auction items/Lots) will be allowed.
7. The Seller reserves the right to refuse admission at all times and may remove any person
(individual) from the premises.
DRESS CODE & FACILITY GUIDELINES:
1. All potential Bidders and Visitors (participants, colleagues, advisors and
accompanying specialists) to the Auction Viewing (on Wednesday, 27 November
2025) and/or Actual Auction (on 28 November 2025) will be required to be dressed
in a long-sleeved shirt, long trousers, closed shoes/safety boots, a hard hat and
reflector vest (irrelevant of gender).
2. Kazebo’s will be provided for shade. We advise that you bring along a hat, sunscreen
and insect repellent. Umbrellas will be required for optimistic individuals!
3. Toilet facilities will be provided for ladies and gentlemen.
4. Water, drinks and hot dogs will be available for your pleasure.
ONLINE BIDDING:
1. Normal Auctions Registration will apply as per REGISTRATION & AUCTION
CONDITIONS mentioned above. Only registered Bidders will be allowed to Bid.
2. Internet connectivity will be supplied.
3. Make sure you connect to REALTIME AGRI to follow the Online Bidding Platform.
4. REALTIME AGRI will notify Bidders on every Lot to be Auctioned. Make sure you
Bid clearly, indicating your Bidder's Number and Bidding price for every Lot. Don’t
hesitate, online Bidding takes time and you should wait until the “last minute” as the
Auctioneer will give the “benefit of the doubt” to the Bidder being on-site and live.

PROXY / TELEPHONE BIDDING:
1. Normal Auctions Registration will apply as per REGISTRATION & AUCTION
CONDITIONS mentioned above. Only registered Bidders will be allowed to Bid via
Proxy / Telephone.
2. The Auctioneers prefer that you inspect the products beforehand to acquaint
yourself with the condition of the Lots you are interested in.
3. As far as possible, the Auctioneers will assist you in Proxy (Pre-agreed Bids) or
Telephone Bidding.
